Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We offer custom designs so your child can have something truly unique. Simply visit our Custom Design page to get started and create a look that reflects their personality.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders are processed within 48 hours. Once your design is finalised, it will move into production and shipping.
What can I include in my custom design?
You can personalise your design with names, colours, themes, or specific ideas your child loves. Simply share your vision with us, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery is handled by Aramex and typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across South Africa.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from Aramex. You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery every step of the way.
